Lost, Broken or Damaged Items
If an item is lost in the mail, we will send a new one. If any items in your order arrive broken or damaged, please email us with photos documenting the damage. If we can verify that the damage was caused during the fulfillment/shipping process, then in most cases we will be able send you a new item.
Wrong Address / Return to Sender
If you order with the wrong address and the item is returned to the sender or delivered to the wrong person, you may be expected to repurchase your item(s) at a discounted rate, as in many cases it is more expensive for us to restock and resend an item than it is to send you a new one. For this reason, we strongly advice that you double check the address you provided us.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or do not fit. For this reason, we strongly advise that you look carefully at our sizing charts before placing an order.
